We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with minimum 3 yrs of corporate experience to join our team.
Qualification :- Graduate/MSW/MBA (HR)
Key responsibility:- Strong knowledge of Labor laws and compliance.
Muster roll & pay roll management
Handling PF, Bonus, Gratuity, recruitment training need identification (TNI)
Conversant with HR correspondence, notices and official communication
Ability to manage and control manpower of 500+ employees.
Key Requirements:-
Proven experience in corporate HR practices
Must be punctual, disciplined, proactive and have positive attitude towards work and people management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
